This machine is used for Rebar mechanical splicing in construction work. Its main function is enlarging the end of rebar. It belongs to Upset forging technology.

This machine is half auto, half manul, press button to clamp rebar , upset forging rebar also need pressing button.After upset forging we will use thread cutting machine to make parallel thread then  splicing rebar with couplers.

Processing Steps

(1) Enlarging ends of reinforced bars by cold upsetting(Rebar Upset forging Machine )
